Vacant position
• Nurse – max. 36 hours per week
Your tasks
• Providing care and support for people in their homes
• Promoting independence and quality of life
• Collaborate with colleagues and attending physicians
• Ensure documentation and compliance with care and safety standards
Profile required
• Nursing qualification or equivalent qualification
• Driving licence B
• Good listening skills, team spirit, flexibility and availability
