When normal feeding is no longer possible, our specialist teams provide enteral or parenteral nutrition directly at home, in complete safety.

We ensure that you are taken care of. personalised and in accordance with medical prescriptions, to ensure your comfort and well-being in your familiar surroundings.

Organisation designed for wellbeing at home

Each patient is monitored by a nurse or nursing assistant, working in conjunction with a team coordinated and supervised by a head nurse. The team works together seamlessly to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Our care is guaranteed every day between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with one or more visits per day depending on your needs.

Availability outside opening hours

In case of emergency, please leave your message on our answering machine.
Our team reviews the messages. Monday to Friday between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, as well as all day on weekends and public holidays, and transmits your request quickly and reliably.

Pricing

VIVADOM is a approved service provider and applies the statutory rates set by the INAMI, at no extra charge.

Invoicing is carried out directly with your health insurance provider.
The personal share and any material costs are your responsibility.
If you are affiliated with the Christian Mutuality, Your personal share is covered by the mutual insurance company.
If you are a patient at a medical centre, the invoice will be sent directly to the centre.

You will receive a monthly invoice by post or email, to be paid by direct debit or bank transfer within 30 days.
